Is teaching secondary than preaching? Teachers seen offering namaz in CM Rise School at Bhopal's Jahangirabad

Bhopal: The beginning of the Rise School in Madhya Pradesh was made so that it could become an excellent example of an educational institution, but the situation in Bhopal is slightly different. In the first model CM Rise Rashidiya School located in Jahangirabad, two teachers were found offering namaz (Islamic prayer) during class on Tuesday afternoon. They first removed the children from the class and then offered the prayer. This happens every day here, while the other children continue to study in the classroom.
Some other teachers of the school, on the condition of anonymity, stated that the children also offer namaz here on Fridays, and everyone knows about it, but no one says anything. When asked about the matter, Principal KD Srivastava said, "I have no knowledge of it. I have never seen any such activity."
Kanoongo, the chairman of the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights, said that although there are no clear guidelines from the government regarding such religious activities, namaz or other religious activities cannot be performed in the school premises or in the classroom during duty hours. In this matter, if such religious activities are being conducted in the classroom, it is legally wrong. If this is happening, we will take action. We will send a notice.
No one should perform such activities in government buildings or government property that promote any particular religion. Such activities should be avoided. This will strengthen the country.
