60 yr old woman gang raped by 65 yr old neighbour & son-in-law in Bhopal

Gunga, Bhopal: The shameful incident of raping a 60-year-old woman in Bhopal has come to light. The 65-year-old accused, who lived in the neighborhood, gang-raped the woman along with the 35-year-old son-in-law. When the woman somehow escaped from them, the accused's son and wife beat up the woman. The police have registered an FIR against two accused in other sections including rape and assault against two including a woman. The husband of a 60-year-old woman living in Gunga area has died. She lives with her son. On Sunday afternoon, he had a dispute with Ramprasad, who lives in the neighborhood, over the wall of the house. As the quarrel escalated, people made a compromise between them. The woman alleged that around 3 pm Ramprasad started quarreling again. His son was not at home during that time. On protesting, Ramprasad entered the house along with his son-in-law Bablu Kushwaha. They assaulted her and gang-raped her. She somehow got away from him and came out of the house. Here Ramprasad's wife Munni and son Chintu were found. They abused her. Not only this, they insulted her with caste-related words. According to the Gunga police, the woman came to the police station late in the evening and lodged a report. On the complaint of the woman, a case has been registered against Ramprasad, Bablu, Chintu and Munni under different sections. The accused could not be arrested.
