EOW registers FIR against Rohit Housing Society's director Ninave, caused a loss of Rs 44 Crores

Bhopal: The EOW has registered another FIR in the forgery in the famous Rohit Housing Society of the capital of Madhya Pradesh. In this FIR, the director of the organization, Balkrishna Damaji Ninave, has been accused of causing a loss of Rs 44 crore to the organization by selling 138 plots and 43 shops without any rights.
Balkrishna Damaji Ninave became the director of the society in 2008. After the resignation of two members, he was made the director and chairman in 2011. Ninave sold 138 plots and 43 shops and got them registered. According to the rules, they could do so only after being authorized by the 7 members of the Board of Directors. When the EOW took the statements of the operators, all of them said that Ninaway was not authorized.
A case has been registered against them under sections 420, 467, 468 and 120-B of cheating, conspiracy and forgery. Earlier in 2019, the EOW had registered an FIR against Ghanshyam Singh Rajput and others for a scam of Rs 22.70 crore. Rajput was also sent to jail. Recently, the CBI court has sentenced Rajput in another case of disproportionate assets.
