Crime branch Indore refunds Rs1Lakh to victim of cyber fraud in a prompt action

Prompt action on the complaint of online fraud, Rs. 01 lakh of the applicant was returned by the Crime Branch Indore
While the applicant was searching the customer care number of Blue Dart Courier Company on Google, she came in contact with the thugs
Online fraud was done by the thugs by sending a fraud link to the applicant
Cyber Helpline No. operated by Crime Branch Indore. Take prompt action on the complaint received on 704912-4445 and get refund.
Indore - Crime Branch Indore's Fraud Investigation Cell team investigated the fraud from the applicant Ujjwala resident Indore, in which it was found that while searching the customer care number of Blue Dart Courier Company on Google to get the parcel by the applicant, the thug had come in contact with the person. By sending a link to the applicant to get the parcel by the thug, while filling the information in the open form in it, asked to pay Rs 02, on which the applicant believed the thug as a courier company and paid Rs 02, 1 from HDFC Bank of the applicant. The fraud was done by the fraudster by withdrawing Rs,100,000/- by transferring the said amount to another bank account. In which immediately after taking transaction details and other information from the applicant through the Fraud Investigation Cell of Crime Branch Indore and contacting the concerned bank, the amount of Rs. 01 lakh withdrawn by the applicant was returned safely to her own bank.
The general public is informed that the customer care or helpline number on the internet is correct and do not click on the link sent by any unknown person, otherwise you may also be a victim of fraud. Immediately report such an incident to your nearest police station or the Cyber Helpline No. operated by the Crime Branch Indore Police. Notify us at 704912-4445.
