RI gets cheated by lawyer in the Capital, accused created fake birth certificate; Kohefiza police registers case

Bhopal: The 13-year-old son of the reserved inspector of Dewas police was given a fake birth certificate by the alleged lawyer. This was revealed when the Madhya Pradesh Cricket Association got the child's birth certificate verified. It was found that the certificate in this name was not made by the Bhopal Municipal Corporation. The number in the certificate is in the name of a girl child. RI gave complaint application to Kohefija police. After investigation, the police registered a case. The accused is absconding.
According to the Kohefiza police station, Jagdish Patil is a reserved inspector in the police line Dewas. He had given an application to the police. Told in it that my 13-year-old son Pavitra alias Mahi Patil was to be selected in Madhya Pradesh Cricket Association's 13-year-old boy's junior class inter-divisional cricket competition. He had to submit the birth certificate. He had spoken to his brother-in-law Ganesh Khatarkar, who lives in Vinayak Homes Ashoka Garden, to get the birth certificate made. For this, Vinayak contacted Ravindra Gupta, who described himself as a lawyer in the Collectorate, Bhopal. At the behest of the lawyer, Ganesh gave the necessary documents to the nephew. Along with this, his fees were also paid along with the government fees. After a few days, advocate Gupta gave him the birth certificate of his nephew. Which RI had deposited in Madhya Pradesh Cricket Association.
On May 5, 2022, Patil got information from the association that the certificate was fake. After this, his brother-in-law met lawyer Ravindra and informed about the suspiciousness of the birth certificate and non-registration. On this the lawyer said that the certificate is correct. The record has not been updated yet due to relocation of the Municipal Corporation building. Soon I will update the record of the certificate. The lawyer tricked that you get the records checked in the Municipal Corporation office. On May 6, 2022, RI Patil sent his friend Pradeep Kumar to the Municipal Corporation. Got the registration number given by the lawyer checked. It was found that the above number is registered in the name of a girl child. Police is searching for the accused.
