In the proceedings of Crime Branch Indore under "Operation Prahar" 02 smugglers who smuggled illegal narcotics, Ganja, were arrested
A total of 07 kg 500 grams (ganja) illegal drugs confiscated from the possession of the accused
Habitual smuggler has been registered twice against accused Anil Yadav in the police station aerodrome as serious crime like NDPS Act
During interrogation, accused a resident of Mumbai Rahul accepted to buy ganja from Indore's fellow accused Anil and sell it in Mumbai's pubs and bars.
Indore - In pursuance of the above instructions, the Crime Branch had received information through an informer that a smuggler of illegal drug smugglers was supplying illegal narcotic (ganja) to a fellow smuggler from Mumbai, Maharashtra near Bhatto of Aerodrome police station area, Gomti Nagar Ett. Standing on a motorcycle to make delivery. Immediately on information, accused in joint action by the team of Crime Branch and Police Station Aerodrome
(1) Anil Yadav father Rameshchandra resident 29 Lake Palace, Aerodrome Indore
(2) Rahul's father Aditya Narayan Mishra, resident of 06 Nav Shakti Chal, Supara East, Mumbai Maharashtra was caught by siege. During the duly search, illegal narcotic substance 07 kg 500 grams (ganja) was found from the accused, in respect of which the accused did not give any satisfactory answer.
While interrogating both the accused, Rahul of Mumbai, Maharashtra came to Indore and accepted ganja from his fellow accused Anil and sold it in pubs and bars in Mumbai at a higher price.
Legal action has been taken against the accused by registering a case under 8/20 NDPS Act in the police station aerodrome against the accused after arresting both the accused and confiscating 07 kg 500 grams of illegal narcotic (ganja) from their possession.
