Bhopal. The politics of the state has heated up after the Leader of Opposition Dr. Govind Singh made a statement about having CDs of BJP and Sangh leaders. The rhetoric continues from both sides. Former Chief Minister Kamal Nath has also been entered in this matter. In such a situation, the MP BJP organization has put the agencies probing the honeytrap in the dock. On the statement of former Chief Minister Kamal Nath and Leader of Opposition Dr. Govind Singh, BJP State President VD Sharma said that both the persons are on constitutional posts. He has done the work of influencing the investigation. At the same time, he said in his statement that 'I put a question mark on those investigative agencies too'.
BJP state president VD Sharma had given a statement two days ago in the new office of the state BJP. Meanwhile, he had reacted to the CD related to the Leader of Opposition and former Chief Minister. The video related to Sharma's statement is now going viral. In which they are raising questions only on the agencies of MP government probing the Honeytrap incident. He alleged that Kamal Nath and the Leader of the Opposition have worked to influence the investigation. The Special Investigation Team (SIT) constituted in the high-profile honeytrap case of the state has not yet been able to get the CD-pen drive alleged from former CM Kamal Nath. The SIT claimed in the court that notice was given to Kamal Nath. Can't tell whether his answer came or not. The counsel for the accused raised questions on the SIT investigation in the court. The next hearing in the case will be on January 14. Hearing is going on in the district court of Bhopal in this matter. Recently a hearing was held in the court of Judge Smrita Singh Thakur. In the court, SIT and accused side's lawyer Yawar Khan argued. Advocate Yawar Khan questioned the investigation of SIT. The investigation team has so far not been able to get the CD and pen drive from Kamal Nath, while the former CM claimed in a press conference that he had the CD-pen drive of the Honeytrap case. SIT Inspector Shashikant Chaurasia said in the statement that he had given a notice to the former chief minister under sections 160 (SPR), 91 (SPR) to get the CD, but there legal advisor Shashank Shekhar returned it saying that Kamal Nath was out. . The message came from his side, but what it was, cannot tell at the moment. The statement of the person through whom this message was sent was not recorded.
