Madhya Pradesh Board's Evaluation Phase Hindered by Lack of Government School Teachers

Bhopal - The second phase of evaluation for the Madhya Pradesh Board 10th and 12th exams began on Sunday, but the process was marred by the absence of government school teachers. Out of the 366 teachers appointed for the task, only 28 turned up to check the copies on the first day, indicating a lack of interest from the teachers.
The missing teachers have caused significant delays in the evaluation process, and notices have been issued to 338 government school teachers for their negligence. In contrast, private school teachers appointed for the task were all present and punctual.
Additionally, none of the teachers of Geography, Sociology and History showed up to check the copies, and only one out of 69 commerce teachers was present. Similarly, only 15 out of 44 English teachers turned up for the evaluation process.
The evaluation center is located in Model School, TT Nagar, where Joint Director Arvind Chorgade, DEO Nitin Saxena, and Planning Officer Mukesh Sharma conducted a surprise inspection. The Joint Director has stated that show cause notices have been given to all the absent teachers.
This lack of interest and attendance by government school teachers has caused significant delays and inconvenience for the evaluation process, leading to concerns about the future of the education system in Madhya Pradesh
