Report analysis of Bhopal Cyber Crime shows phone call fraudsters most active in the afternoon

Bhopal. Cyber thugs are most active around 12 noon in Gujarat, Rajasthan including in the State of Madhya Pradesh. Whereas after nine o'clock in the night, there is a decrease in attacks for cyber fraud. This conclusion has come out in an analysis report prepared by Bhopal's Cybercrime Police regarding the cybercrime committed in the last one year.
The Cyber Crime Police has included the complaints received in the helpline in its report, under which about 849 complaints have been registered in the helpline in a year. At the same time, so far this year, about 45 thousand complaints have reached Cybercrime Bhopal. Most of the victims of these cyber frauds have been cheated by asking OTP. However, in online fraud, most of the cases are of less than Rs 25,000.
Cybercrime has included 13 cities in its report on crime patterns. These include Bhopal, Indore, Vidisha, Ajmer of Rajasthan, Valsad of Gujarat, Betul, Mandsaur, Berkhedi, Narela Damodar, Sehore, Datia, Ujjain, Raisen.
The complaint received on the helpline number was analysed. On the basis of this report, an attempt has been made to find out at what time the calls of these cyber thugs have been received.
