MP HC issues notice to CBI, CID State and Central govt in infamous newborn neck slitting murder case

Jabalpur: There has been a demand for a CBI inquiry into the murder of a famous newborn innocent girl by slitting her neck in 2020 at the Bhagwati Nursing Home in Harda district of Madhya Pradesh. In this case, the aggrieved party had pleaded for justice in the High Court. Jabalpur High Court has issued notice to Central Government, CBI, CID, State Government including Harda Superintendent of Police and others.
In fact, in the year 2020, in Bhagwati Nursing Home located on the city's Indore Road, a newborn innocent girl born to a rape victim minor was brutally murdered by slitting her neck. Giving information about the case, advocate Anil Jat said that the police, in connivance with the accused, made the victim's family an accused in the case and those who were the original accused in the conspiracy were saved. Many documents have been falsified by changing the statements. The statements of the witnesses have been truncated at many places.
In this case, Ramdev Kankodia of Jai Adivasi Yuva Sangathan came forward to get justice for the victim. After this, on behalf of the minor rape victim of the innocent girl who was murdered, her father, through Jabalpur's advocate Ankit Saxena, filed a writ petition number 28014/2022 in the High Court, Jabalpur, demanding a CBI inquiry into the matter.
