Masked thug who cheated almost dozen shopkeepers of Bhopal, nabbed by joint team of Crime Branch & Jahangirabad

Masked men who cheated various businessmen of Bhopal were arrested by the team of Crime Branch team and police station Jahangirabad.
He used to cheat the shopkeepers as an officer of the Municipal Corporation.
Different vehicles were used in the incident by a masked unidentified person.
8th pass accused cheated the businessmen of Bhopal
Bhopal Madhya Pradesh: A Complaint was received by the applicant Rakesh Golani Proprietor Shri Sai Sari Sarovar, Bazaar near Durga Mandir Jahangirabad, Bhopal informing that on date 23/07/2022 the time at 4 pm At 20 o'clock a young man wearing a mask and a cap reached his said shop. He got the sarees suit packed and made a bill of 9 thousand 850 rupees. The thug told him that he have forgot his wallet at home and should pay to the worker of the shop, the shopkeeper asked one his employee to go along with the thug. Taking the employee to Indian Oil's office in Arera Hills the thug told the employee to wait there as his house is nearby. The thug fled away with the clothes without paying any amount to the employee. Similarly another applicant Mayank Banwari Proprietor Ratan Little Paradise, Address Manisha Market, Shahpura, Bhopal M.P. On 30/08/2022, at the top and town shop located in the city, at 3:45 pm, similar thug also came to his shop and bought chocolate packets worth eight thousand rupees. Without any payment the thug made similar demand to send an employee of the shop as he has forgotten his wallet. The thug again fled after leaving the employee of the shop midway. With the similar thug story Applicant Chetan Jugnani Proprietor Maa Bhavani Electricals, Address- The owner of an electrical shop located in Kolar, Bhopal said that on 25/08/2022 a similar person came to the shop and bought LEDs, tube lights and wires packed. A bill of about 6 thousand rupees was made. He pretended to make online payment from mobile but the payment could not be initiated. In the same manner he asked the shopkeeper to send an employee of theirs with him and then fled from the spot. In yet another case, Saheli Garment, Proprietor Kolar Road, Bhopal (M.P.) incident dated 26/09/2019 Amount Rs.10,000/- Mo. No. - 9755111222; Chauhan Footwear Rambha Talkies, Bhopal Incident date 08/01/2021 Amount Rs.3,000/- Mohd. No.-7697754823; Prof. Kapil Sindhi M/s Pandav Electricals Address Avadhpuri Market, Bhopal Amount Rs. 3,000/- ; Cheap Print & Handloom Address 10 No. Market, Bhopal Amount Rs. 20,000/-; Saloon New Look Plaza Patel Nagar Piplani – 4500/- were made victims of this fraud. Similar frauds were carried out on Kotan King and Batra Electricals by the same person. Forming a joint team the crime branch and Jahangirabad police team arrested the accused Anil Mishra. Anil Mishra accepted the police of doing such incidents for household needs.
