Man attacked with knife by 4 assaulters in the Capital's Awadhpuri area, admitted to ICU of Hamidia Hospital

Bhopal: A young man was first assaulted by four people on Awadhpuri Main Road on Thursday afternoon, and later attacked with a knife. The youth injured in the attack has been admitted to the ICU of Hamidia Hospital. The reason for the attack is abusing the sister of the accused over an old dispute. On the complaint of the injured, the police registered an FIR under the sections of murderous attack and took two accused into custody. Police teams have been dispatched in search of the rest.
According to Awadhpuri police station, 21-year-old Surendra Uike, a resident of Piplani's hundred quarter, does private work. The family of Chunnu alias Harsh Kathoria lives near his house. Surendra Uike and Chunnu have an old enmity. Due to this, there is a dispute between both of them. Surendra was standing near his house on Thursday. Then Chunnu's sister passed away from there. Seeing him, Surendra started abusing her. The girl called her brother and informed about it. Hearing this, Chunnu lost his temper and reached the spot with his four friends. Where he thrashed Surendra fiercely and surrounded him and stabbed him. The knife hit his back. After this, the accused fled from there waving the knife. The injured Surendra was admitted to the hospital by his relatives, where his condition remains critical. The accused have an old criminal record in Piplani and Awadhpuri police stations.
