Madhya Pradesh: Protests were also witnessed in Madhya Pradesh today against the release of Shahrukh Khan's controversial film Pathan. This film was strongly opposed in Indore and Barwani. In Barwani, under the leadership of Vishwa Hindu Parishad Bajrang Dal's District Organization Minister, Narendra Singh Parmar, protesting against the film Pathan in three theaters of the city, they burnt flex. In fact, after the release of this film, poster banners were put up in three theaters of Barwani.
Vishwa Hindu Parishad and Bajrang Dal went to one of the talkies at Barwani district headquarter of Madhya Pradesh and removed the posters of the movie Pathan and set them on fire.
On the other hand, protests were organized in the city under the leadership of District Organization Minister of Vishwa Hindu Parishad Bajrang Dal, while VHP Bajrang Dal District Organization Minister Narendra Singh Parmar told that the operators of theaters have discussed not to play this film if even then If the movie goes on, there will be a fierce movement. The talkies operator has assured them that he will not screen the said film in his talkies.
The film Pathan was released in theaters on Wednesday and along with it protests against the film also started. The Bajrang Dal protested outside various cinema halls in the city since morning, raising slogans against the film starring Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone. In Indore, activists of Bajrang Dal protested against the screening of the film at Kastur Talkies, Sapna Sangeeta Inox, AU Cinema Hall Multiplex on Airport Road and other cinema halls in the city. A large number of slogans were raised outside Sapna Sangeeta. After which the show there was cancelled. The spectators who came to watch the film returned.
