Bhopal: In the capital Bhopal, the court has ordered to register a murder case against the jailer, doctor, TI, sub-inspector and four constables in the 7-year-old custodial assault case. The court has issued summons to the accused to appear before the court on June 27.

Judicial Magistrate First Class Bhopal Sneha Singh pronounced the verdict in the case of the deceased Mohsin. The accused were then TI Manish Raj Bhadauria of TT Nagar police station, SI DL Yadav, jailer of Central Jail, Dr. Anand Sah, a psychiatrist of Hamidia Hospital, Crime Branch Bhopal's constable Ehsan, Murli, Dinesh, murder on Chironji and eradication of evidence, conspiracy. Orders have been given to register a case under the section. Advocate Yawar Khan argued on behalf of the victim side. The court has issued summons to all and asked them to appear on June 27.
Crime Branch constables Ehsan, Murli, Dinesh and Chironji caught Mohsin on June 4, 2015 in a robbery case and took him to the police station. The mother of the deceased, Seema, told that on going to meet her the next day, Mohsin told that the four constables beat her up throughout the night. He was electrocuted, wearing a helmet and kept his arms and legs tied with ropes throughout the night. Money was demanded to release Mohsin from the border. Then he was handed over to TT Nagar police station, where TI and SI assaulted him. From here Mohsin was given a prison break, where he was beaten up by psychiatrist Dr Anand Sah and the jailer. The doctor deliberately did not treat. The doctor made a forged madman's prescription and sent him to Gwalior on 23 June. where he died the same day. Mohsin's family demanded an inquiry into the matter.
Investigation report against jail and police
Advocate Yawar Khan told that on 6 February 2017, Judicial Magistrate First Class Vipindra Yadav presented the investigation report in Mohsin's case. It emerged that Mohsin was physically and mentally healthy at the time of his arrest. He was found assaulted while in custody. He was also found not to have any life-threatening disease. Along with this, it was also mentioned in the report that while sending Mohsin to Gwalior, the CCTV recording of the jail was also not made available.
