Billabong Rape Case: DNA report of 2 other girls submitted during trial, driver receives life sentence while female caretaker sentenced to 20 yrs of imprisonment

Bhopal: There has been a big disclosure in the International Billabong School rape case of the capital Bhopal. Rapist bus driver Hanumant Jatav sexually harassed 2 other girls of the school. The family members had informed about the incident with the children, that too was included in the investigation. This incident was also given special attention on Forensic Investigation. The DNA report has also come positive.
Punishment has been announced in the case of rape of a girl child in Billabong High International School bus. Main accused Hanumat Jatav has been sentenced to life imprisonment and caretaker Urmila Sahu has been sentenced to 20 years. This decision has been given by Special Judge Shailja Gupta in the District Court.
On September 8, a three-and-a-half-year-old girl was brutally assaulted in a bus. The bus driver of Billabong School has carried out the incident. In the case, the police arrested the driver and booked him for rape and under the POCSO Act. During the incident, the assistant and two girls were also present in the bus. Even after knowing about the incident, the assistant kept the matter hidden. To hide the incident, the police had made the assistant a co-accused in the rape case. In this case, the police had presented the challan in 20 days. The police had presented a 242-page charge sheet in the court. In this, 32 people were made witnesses. The court convicted the accused driver Hanumant Jatav and associate woman Urmila Sahu.
