PHQ demands direct recruitment for the appointment of 138 posts of DSP by promotion

Bhopal/ police headquarters : Big news is coming out regarding the DSP recruitment process in Madhya Pradesh (MP). In fact, preparations are being made to fill the direct recruitment posts of Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) by promotion. Let us inform that the Police Headquarters (PHQ) has sent a proposal to the state government for the appointment of 138 posts of Deputy Superintendent of Police.
It is to be known that the Police Headquarters in Madhya Pradesh has invited direct recruitment of Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) on 138 posts. For this the posts of Deputy Superintendent of Police were to be filled by both direct recruitment and promotion. In this, the Deputy Superintendent of Police was to be appointed with both the process on 50-50 seats. At the same time, the police headquarters is in preparation.
If the information is to be believed, the Police Headquarters has also demanded to make recruitment through direct recruitment for the appointment of 138 posts of DSP by promotion. A proposal has been sent to the state government for this. Along with this, the post of the item has also been included in it.
Due to less direct recruitment of DSP, it will affect the youth. The matter of reservation in promotion is pending in the Supreme Court. After which appointments can be made to these posts by giving the charge of a higher post. However, what decision the state government takes on this proposal, it will be a matter to be seen.
