53 year old bank employee looted on gun point in Capital Bhopal

Bhopal/Ps Shahpura: In Bhopal, a woman bank employee was robbed on gun point. The robbers riding bikes escaped after taking off the jewelery and purse from the woman at the gun point. After the information of the incident, Shahpura police has taken some suspects into custody. According to police sources, the matter is expected to be revealed soon. The ornaments that the accused looted were artificial ornaments.
The 53-year-old Surekha Majumdar husband Shashank Majumdar, who lives in the Gujarati colony of Shahpura, is a clerk in the Bank of India. Her posting is in the office located at Arera Hills. Surekha told the Shahpura police that she had gone to a party function on Hoshangabad Road on Sunday evening. After finishing the party, her friend's husband dropped her in the car at some distance from the house.
It was around 6:30 in the evening. They were going on foot towards the house. She had just reached the intersection of Gujarati colony ahead of the Jain temple when a bike came and stopped in front of her. Before she could understand anything, one of the two miscreants riding the bike started threatening them by showing the gun in front of them. The miscreants took off his jewelry at the gun point. They fled with ear caps, bracelets, chains and purses from their hands. After the incident, Surekha reached the police station and lodged a case of robbery against unknown accused.
