Joint director of Urban Administration Maqbool sacked for giving his own son government job without exam

Bhopal. In Madhya Pradesh, where about 350 unemployed appear in a tough examination for a government job, on the other hand, taking advantage of the disturbances in the policies of the government, some officers give government jobs to whomever they want. In Shahdol, the Joint Director of Urban Administration and Development Department appointed his son on a permanent government job without examination.
Maqbool Khan, Joint Director Urban Administration sacked
Maqbool Khan was Joint Director of Shahdol Division in Urban Administration and Development Department and Chairman of District Selection Committee. During investigation, it was found that during the above posting, between July 5, 2019 and December 5, 2021, he got 3 contract employees and 246 honorarium employees merged against the rules. Maqbool Khan's side was heard on 20 December 2022. After this Maqbool Khan was found guilty and sacked. Due to his wrong decisions, the government suffered a loss of Rs 3.20 crore, therefore orders have also been issued for its recovery.
Officer's son gets government job without exam
It has also come to light in the investigation that among the temporary employees who were regularized by Maqbool Khan against the rules, one of his names is also that of his own son Adil Khan. Adil Khan has also been merged in the Municipal Council Bakho on the post of Assistant Class-3. It has also been said that there was not even a temporary employee in the Adil Khan department. When the policy of merger of temporary employees was made, taking advantage of the opportunity, Maqbool Khan got his son a permanent job without examination and interview.
