Indore police to present accused in the nine yr old rape case today in court

Indore: Police will present the accused Chandan alias Chaman, who kidnapped and raped a nine-year-old girl, in the court today. Solid evidence has been gathered against him. The biggest proof is the CCTV footage in which he is seen carrying the girl. The police have also confiscated his clothes and knives used during the Crime.
The nine-year-old girl of the watchman couple, resident of Amitesh Nagar in Rajendra Nagar police station area, was taken away by the miscreants. Police has arrested Chandan alias Chaman son Laxman from Ahirkhedi Multi. He has admitted to raping and kidnapping. Along with physical evidence, CCTV footage has also been collected against the accused. In the footage, he is seen carrying the girl by pressing her face. In the footage, the way he is seen pressing her mouth, coming and going, the same video has been recorded. After getting it examined from the forensic lab, it will be confirmed that the person seen in the footage is Chandan.
Old and confession will also to be presented in court
According to TI Ajay Kumar Mishra, Chandan had raped his four-year-old niece in the year 2012. He has been sentenced to 10 years in this case. The police will also keep the history of this case before the court. The accused also confessed that he was released from jail only a month ago. After his release, he also tried to kidnap two girls. This proves that such is his attitude. The police will also make his statement the basis for punishment.
According to the investigating officers, the challan will be presented against the accused in a week. The statements of the girl child have also been done. Along with this, his clothes and forensic evidence found on him have also been included in the case diary.
