Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh: Criminals and gentlemen can be identified through fingerprints, says the Director of Madhya Pradesh Fingerprint Bureau, Ganesh Singh Thakur. According to the bureau's detailed data analysis report, fingerprints of rapists, psycho killers, and violent men have similar patterns. Thakur also claimed that a specific pattern found in the fingers indicates that the person is innocent and not involved in any serious crime.
However, the analysis report is not fully authenticated, and Thakur has not shared the specific details of the fingerprint patterns found in criminals' hands. The report's publication has raised concerns about people searching for fingerprint patterns in their hands and their friends and family members' hands, leading to possible relationship strains.
Although the report's credibility is still in question, the method of prediction mentioned in India's palmistry is based on similar research reports. A few years ago, scientists dismissed it as child's play. If the Madhya Pradesh Fingerprint Bureau's detailed data analysis report receives certification in the future, India's palmistry may also gain recognition.
While the report's publication may be newsworthy, caution must be exercised as it is not fully reliable.
