A BSF jawan martyred, 3 jawans injured in a firing accident at Pokaran Rajasthan

An accident took place during a military exercise on Tuesday night in Pokaran firing range of Rajasthan. Here, a sphere exploded while firing from a 105 mm gun (cannon). A BSF jawan was martyred in this accident. At the same time 3 other jawans were injured. The BSF has ordered an inquiry. This is the second accident with a 105 mm gun in Pokaran in the last 4 days. A young man was injured by a gun barrel burst in an accident that happened in the past.
According to military sources, the BSF is currently practicing in the army's firing range at Pokaran. BSF has its own firing range at Kishangarh near the border. But with the 105 mm gun range being 17 km, the practice of firing shells from it is being practiced in the large firing range Pokaran.

On Tuesday night, as soon as the gun fired, it exploded as it came out instead of going away. Four soldiers were injured by this. Later, Jawan Satish, a resident of Uttar Pradesh, died. 3 other injured are undergoing treatment. His condition is out of danger.
