Indore SP’s banana order cancelled within a day, no scope for innovative idea ?

Indore: The SP of Indore had to withdraw an innovative order within a day. In fact, to keep the policemen fit, the SP had ordered them to feed bananas in the morning and evening, but this order had to be withdrawn within a day.

Indore West Superintendent of Police Mahesh Jain (SP Mahesh jain), a well-known police officer for social work and love for environment had on August 25 directed the in-charges of all the police stations under him to inform all the policemen present in the census to provide two bananas each in the morning and evening. If seen, the SP's thinking behind this was positive.

In fact, it is believed that the best source of instant energy is banana and that is why the SP thought that the policemen doing duty of 16-16 hours day and night should get at least one nutritious fruit in such a way that they get some energy. The station in-charges were also directed to contact the wholesale fruit seller in their area for getting bananas so that they could get them at a discounted rate.

But we did not knew that this innovative idea of the SP after a day would be taken back and the order will be cancelled. It is obvious that there is very little scope to do anything different in government work and most of the top officials are stereotypes. They only believe in the works that are going on in the traditional way. In such a situation, perhaps a senior officer did not like this work of the SP and that is why this order had to be canceled.
