In police station Sihora, on the night of Dinok 27-7-2022, the injured were sent for treatment by the police, who reached the information of a quarrel in village Gauraha. Rammilan Chaudhary age 58 years resident of Gauraha police station, Sihora had filed a report that on the night of 27/07/22, at around 08/30, he was sitting with his family after having dinner in his house when Uday Chandra Patel, Lalu Patel, Kalu Patel , Katare Patel , Ghachita Patel , Vishnu Patel , Billar Patel , Sanjay Patel, Pushpendra Patel , Bharat Yadav , Lambu Yadav , Gulshan Patel , Ramesh Patel , Manoj Patel , Sachin Patel , Pappu Patel, Narendra Patel, Khilu Patel, Ramlu Patel, , Naresh Patel, Shri Patel, Lallu Patel, Sukhchain Patel, Manoj Patel and other 20 25 residents of village Gauraha police station, taking the opinion of Sihora, took axes, iron rods, sticks in their hands and entered his house and said that you people gave us Didn't vote in the election and we have reported to the police station and started abusing the people by saying that they were humiliated by caste, who refused to abuse them, then they all got angry and abused him and punched his family members, The head of Anita Bai, the daughter-in-law of her family, started beating her with sticks and axes and iron rods. All 7 of the coolers ran away threatening to kill the family by vandalizing their motorcycles and other belongings, while leaving everyone were saying that get out of the village or else you will kill everyone. 537/2022 Section 147, 148, 452, 294, 323, 324, 506, 427 IPC and 3(1)D, 3(1)S, 3(2)(VA) SC ST Act taken in.
Taking the incident seriously by the Superintendent of Police, Jabalpur, Siddharth Bahuguna (I.P.S.) on being ordered for the early arrest of the accused a team was constituted under the leadership of Police Station in-charge Sihora Girish Dhurve. While searching vigorously by the team formed, the accused 1. Dragged Lodhi's father late. Premlal Lodhi age 46 years, 2. Sachin father Ramesh Lodhi age 19 years 3.Manoj Lodhi father Halke Lodhi age 28 years 4. Vipin alias Lallu father Bharat Singh age 20 years 5. Vishnu Patel father Gangaram Patel age 25 years,6.Prashant Yadav father Munnalal Yadav age 22 years 7.Ramesh father Ramsnehi Patel age 48 years 8. Udaychand father Shricharan Patel age 42 years resident of village Gauraha police station Sihora district Jabalpur (MP), all residents of Gauraha police station Sihora have been arrested in the past. While searching for the remaining absconding accused 1-.Narendra alias Lambu father Premlal Yadav age 30 years, 2-Shrilal Lodhi father Dahidi Lal Lodhi age 45 years, 3- Anuj Patel father Kallu Patel (Lodhi) age 20 years, 4-.Sanjay Lodhi father Bhaiyaji Lodhi age 20 years, 5-Sukhchaun father Nandilal Lodhi age 33 years, 6-Ramesh alias Billar Lodhi father Gangaram Lodhi age 40 years, 7-Ramkhilavan father Revaprasad Lodhi age 62 years, 8-Kalu Ram Lodhi father Shivcharan Lodhi age 39 Years, 9-Santram Lodhi Father Hukum Lodhi Age 25 Years, 10-Manoj Lodhi Father Dragged Lodhi Age 20 Years, 11-Rajesh Father Ramsnehi Lodhi Age 39 Years, 12- Rambharos Father Ram Khilwan Lodhi Age 35 Years, 13-Bharat Yadav Father Bhulli Yadav age 60 years, 14-Dharmendra Lodhi, father Vridavan Lodhi age 22 years. Taking all the resident Gauraha in custody, the accused have been duly arrested in the case by confiscating 1 axe and 3 sticks on the suspicion of the accused.

Vikram Burman, Rohit Jain, Sanjit Meshram, Om Prakash Dubey, Sant Kumar, Paramjit Yadav, driver Shailendra Tiwari played a commendable role.
