Indore's Khajrana police have gained success in nabbing Murlidhar Birla, fraud accused in the name of Natural Science Products Private Limited Company. The court sent him to jail. In this case, the police is still on the lookout for his nephew and manager. All three had cheated the woman in the name of investment by setting up a fake company in Indore. Now the police is looking for them. Birla brothers have cheated many people in the name of investment by creating new companies. In Rajasthan too, about 15 FIRs have been registered against them. The ED has also taken action against these brothers. ASI Sunil Rackwar of Khajrana police and his team caught Shankarlal Birla, 63 years old, Murlidhar's son and sent him to jail. Muralidhar cheated a woman named Seema Solanki by luring her into money doubling scheme within 20 months. The police have registered a case in this matter as well. Police is looking for two other accused Murlidhar's nephew Harsh and manager Virendra in the conspiracy of this fraud. Seema Solanki had invested around one million. But when it did not work, he closed the company and ran away. After this action was taken by Khajrana police.
Cheated many by forming Abhinav Gold International Marketing Private Limited Company
According to the police, both Anil Birla and Murlidhar Birla are brothers. Those who had also committed incidents of cheating in Bhilwara of Rajasthan. Abhinav Gold International Marketing Private Limited Company was formed here. In this, they used to cheat by giving the greed of gold loan, investment and doubling the money. About 15 FIRs have been registered in this matter in the police stations of Rajasthan, Gujarat and Crime Branch. After this the Birla brothers had fled from here.
ED had also attached the property
The ED in its investigation had found that Anil, Muralidhar and others collected crores of rupees between March 2010 and 2012 by promising people double returns. Later people were given a nominal amount by cheque. In which movable and immovable property was purchased. In this case, apart from 29 houses and agricultural land in Bhilwara, property worth about three crores including jewelery was attached by the ED.
The businessman of Mumbai had also registered a case
According to the police, Dineshchandra Sikhwal, a marble businessman from Mumbai, had filed a complaint in the court against the directors of Abhinav Gold Company Murlidhar Birla, Anil Birla, Sanjay Birla, Rakesh Birla and Shankarlal Birla. He had alleged that the accused had called him to the company's office at Azad Chowk on April 24, 2010. Here giving him information about the plan to invest in gold, asked him to invest money in it. On this, he had taken Rs 15 lakh 84 thousand in the name of the complainant and his children and wife. After this the accused did not give the money. Later, the police took action against the Birla brothers on the orders of the court.
