BJP MLA Umakant Sharma brother of Laxmikant Sharma receives death threat from own party worker

Vidisha - Kapil Tyagi, former co-convener of BJP law cell of Sironj state, has allegedly threatened to kill his own party MLA Umakant Sharma over the phone. On the basis of audio recording, Sironj police has registered a case against Tyagi under sections 306 and 507 of IPC. Here, Tyagi denied the threat and called it a conspiracy. This audio is being told from Tuesday night.
It is worth mentioning that the differences between BJP MLA Umakant Sharma and BJP leader Kapil Tyagi have been going on for many years. Kapil Tyagi's voice is being told in the multi-broadcast audio in which he is saying that you have lost my crores of rupees. Keep complaining about me constantly, I will kill you. After July 28, there will be a fight between you and my front.
In the audio, MLA Sharma is heard saying that you and my brother Laxmikant Sharma have ten favours, on which Tyagi is heard telling him to come to his house and kill him.
According to MLA Sharma, Tyagi called on Tuesday night at 1:13 pm and again at 1:35 pm and threatened to kill him. He informed the local police station at the same time.
According to Brijendra Bhargava, the city inspector of Sironj police station, on the basis of the audio, he has registered a case against Tyagi under sections 306 and 507 of IPC. Here, Tyagi says that he had gone to his village on Tuesday. His mobile was left in the office itself. They are being falsely implicated. He has not threatened the MLA. They will present their case in court.
