Police & District Administration conducts encroachment drive against Abdul Razzaq’s criminal brother in 3 fraud cases

3 cases of fraud have been registered on the miscreant brother of history sheeter Abdul Razzaq, Mohammad Mehmood, against whom there are three cases of fraud, attempted murder, rioting and disrupting government work, two illegally built on about 500 square feet of land in Naya Mohalla Ripta. Landscaping is being done for a two-storey house and two bathrooms, the estimated cost of construction of which is about Rs.25 lakhs.
Jabalpur: Instructions were given to the administration and the police department by the Madhya Pradesh government to take strict action against black marketing of ration, adulterators, land mafia/chit fund company traders and moneylenders, under the instructions given by the joint team of police and administration. A list of such mafia and illegal construction and occupation done by them has been prepared and action is being taken against them by preparing a plan of action. TodayCollector Jabalpur Dr. Ilaiyaraja T. (I.I.S.) and Superintendent of Police, Jabalpur Siddhartha Bahuguna (I.P.S.) and Municipal Corporation Commissioner ordered an action against history-sheeter Abdul Razzaq's miscreant brother Mohammad Mehmood, age 52 years old resident of Naya Mohalla, against whom 3 offenses (1) crime number 696/91 in police station Barela section 364,341,147,148,149, IPC (2) crime number in police station Omati 429/21 Section 147, 186, 294, 225, 332, 333, 353, 506, 120B, 109 IPC and SC/ST Act (3) In Police Station Lordganj, crime number 892/21 Section 420, 467, 468, 471, 34 Cases have been registered by Bhadvi for illegally constructed two-storey house and two bathrooms on about 500 square feet of land in Naya Mohalla Ripata, whose construction cost is about Rs.25 lakhs. Keeping in mind the possibility of a dispute, during the proceedings, the A.D.M. Sher Singh Meena, Additional Superintendent of Police, City Gopal Prasad Khandel, S.D.M. Bhardwaj, Municipal Superintendent of Police Gohalpur Shri Akhilesh Gaur, Deputy Superintendent of Police Traffic Pankaj Parmar, SHO Omati Shri Praful Srivastava, SHO Belbagh Ms. Priyanka Kewat, Civil Line Ramesh Kaurav, Kotwali Anil Gupta, Gorakhpur SPS Baghel, Gohalpur Mr. Vijay Tiwari, Khamaria Ms. Nirupa Pandey, Tehsildar Mr. Shyam Chandel, Naib Tehsildar Mr. Suresh Soni, R.I. Rajendra Sen, Umashankar Soni, Municipal Executive Engineer RK Gupta, Building Officer Manish Tadse, Regional Building Officer Pankaj Awasthi and Encroachment Officer Sagar Borkar and encroachment staff of Municipal Corporation were present.
