Some party goers were even drinking and driving on the streets of Bhopal to have a brief enjoyment period this new year. Bhopal Police will keep vigil on every nook and corner of Bhopal, the capital of Madhya Pradesh. Checking will be done at 165 places in the capital Bhopal from 8 pm to 1 am tonight. Apart from this, the police has prepared its action plan for the New Year. Bhopal Traffic Police has also issued its own advisory.
Bhopal police will do breath analyzer checking at 58 points after 11 pm. Whoever is caught drink and drive during checking, his vehicle will be confiscated. The biggest thing is that the seized vehicle can be released in the court itself. Along with this, it has also been said in the advisory of the police that whoever is seen creating a ruckus on the occasion of New Year, his vehicles will also be confiscated and will also be arrested.
A total of 1725 police personnel from 38 police station areas have been deployed in different areas of the city to ensure that there is no disturbance in the New Year celebrations. This will be the first time that such a large amount of police force will be deployed.
Traffic police advisory
According to the rules of the traffic police, park the vehicle only at the designated vehicle parking lots. Do not drink and drive. Drive within the prescribed speed limit and do not do stunts or racing of any kind. If you do this, the traffic police will take strict action against you.
