President appoints MP HC Justice Sanjay Yadav as CJ of High Court

Delhi/Jabalpur: In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 223 of the Constitution of India, the President appointed Shri Justice Sanjay Yadav, Judge of the Madhya Pradesh High Court, to perform the duties of the office of Chief Justice of that High Court with effect from the date Shri Justice Ravi Shanker Jha relinquishes the charge as Acting Chief Justice of the Madhya Pradesh High Court consequent upon his appointment as Chief Justice of the Punjab & Haryana High Court.
